At the moment ok la.. but it can be better when theres more chefs around in the kitchen.. certainly.. i am improving as a team player inside the kitchen now..

currently no one.. it used to be Rahman .. but things get better and we work close after a good talk ! Rahman is the man now ! :-)

How do u find my Boss ?
Michael is a helpful and understanding boss .. when u need help, he will be glad to help, just recently, a staff got into an accident and need some money to cover some expenses, boss help him with it.. the only thing i would say is.. if he get angry.. be sure to get his wrath and shit ... anyway..i enjoy eating supper with him at geylang.. lol

i miss alot of ppl at this stage.. felt those memories will never be able to come back again.. aybe the word should be.. hard to happen not never.. my goal right now is to be a better chef in the kitchen and work faster and analytical .. i love to see new people coming in to the restaurant for i love to see how they work and what i can learn from them.. but of coz not that french laundry guy... u ass ! thanks Lee for playing the song in remembrance of him yesterday ! haha
moving house today !! Thanks donald for hosting and allowing me to stay :-) now i be moving to a place i believe is consider very far !!!!!!! SIGLAP !! my godz.. but i think i will enjoy my time there with Lee ... i will be crapping with him in our off days and bringing him to church... :-)

It has been a long long time since i last blog down here ! manz...life's been challenging esp at work ~ is never easy to please my sous chef at work ! becoz the standard is that damn high ! God.. i want to persevere through !!! thanks for the encouragement sent by joel ! Joe.. u are a great lad and the book was fantastic, humble pie ! i didnt know gordon ramsay walk out of kitchen twicein his career ! by the way.. i almost wlak out of kitchen once ! but by grace i pull it through !!! is really shit ! this 53 kitchen is the commando kitchen in singapore !!! :-) eveybody is leaving.. but i waill stay put and see how long i can last !!! PULL IT THROUGH boy!!!!

I really miss my dear close buddies ! we haven really meet up for drinks and chill.. as time pass by, i also learn to forgive and forget.. i want to restore back the old friendship that we once shared.. ? ppl like Sam gan.. that asshole , which many will agree... lol .. ur damn birthday is coming up..maybe i shld initiate the celebration with ur wonderful ex poly wrestling, loving brothers, jabronis !!!! ;-)

Whats Life like w/o surfing Internet for abt 2 weeks... ? well.. LOST i guess.. & many things just happen !! i am enjoying my life working and although it seem stress & tiring.. but i learnt to be a responsible & hardworking lad ! Things going well although all the F ' Word are running wild in my kitchen.. but i am immune to it.. haha Joel will understand how it feels ~ yea ? talking about Joel.. he is my boss ' in my section area ! lol

Things are doing well in pesonal life as well ~ realised some good buddy not calling me up.. Dun know if u didnt know my new hp number a not ? if so.. Pls call me at ... Shit.. i cant recall whats my new number.. -__- '' haha... Remember i am free on sunday and monday !!!
Spiritual life... realised need to use what ever i have learnt in the past to practice ! otherwise.. all will be gone and i have to start all over again ~ erm... yea ! I got to make use of my gifting as well ! example : Healing ~ Level 20 in the past.. now need to level up !! so shu.. i pray for u and see miracle !

Split personality ~ This got to be a very scary things.. i dun know.. how true this is.. but i felt i am different in the day and in the night ... cant be explain here ! but if u experience that.. pls let me know ~ ;-)

Dream come true ! After a year of shit and crap in career life , i will have to say , Enough and is time to make a mark ! i am so glad that of all choices and decisions i have been through.. this is the sweetest of all ! I didn't expect myself to have this choice initially but it just happen ! 5 years to go ! and i want to see myself there and i be 31 only ! haha ~ But Oosh boss ~ remember me in 5 years time ! i be back to challenge ur best chefs !

Jean and Yuhan both got super excited for me ! haha ! i was bloody hell excited too when leonardo spoke to me the other day about this ! Damn ! Indeed the best is saved for me ! Jean and yuhan , i seriously dun need a knife ! for me so long a knife that can cut will do the trick ! but i seriously think i need 'something else' ! when a group of frenz that have known each other for like 7 years .. and suddenly fell apart like london bridge because of certain issue.. to be exact, like a new person has overtake u as his/her best fren or good fren.. u felt jealous over it.. what would u do ? Give ultimatum to ur fren and ask him/her to leave that fren ? Ignore him/her because how he/she hurt ur feeling by being replaced ?

I find it crazy because it seems all of a sudden i have become like a councilor for all this stupid issue, i say stupid because u can forsake the 7 years friendship because of what u think and tot.. now u guys decided to remain urselfs like strangers than patching up ! let me count .. 1 case , 2 case , 3 case and 4 case ! Pls la ! i am not the divine councilor or the David Blaine magician or harry potter that can make magic in ur friendship. It can be annoying to listen to all these issues ! For God sake.. Just patch up la ! and dun jealous over it can anot ? Duh ~~

It was a good soccer match last sunday ! or yesterday ! we won 5-1 and the feel was great to beat the candy ass of the youths ! well , the field was great and the team just perform well on that pitch ! really looking forward 30 Aug semi final date ! we can do it ! Come On !!!!!!!!!

Raining now !!

Just saw an emo - crow on top of the lamp post ! Sunday service ; for the first time in many months..manage to be on time ! Godz ! ate breakfast and go service with yuhan.. well the funny part was during praise and worship ... yuhan realise her blackberry phone left at ISLE cafe.. guess she is panic and told me abt it.. immediately i went down , but deep inside me.. i am assured that i can find that phone and told God .. its a good opportunity to show ur touch of love and blessing upon this person.. taking time to stroll down to Isle cafe from nexus.. i saw this aunty actually was playing with the phone.. i told Auntie : ' thats my phone, and thanks for helping me to keep it ! ' she return it to me w/o questioning much and said : ' i know in my heart, you will be back to take it ' Amazing ~ no sweat ! haha.. thanks God !

Had lunch with Lean choo and Jinghe.. good lunch and surely Lean choo, you will get ur dream house soon ! and thanks for ur help and offer as well ! ;-) i will take in to consideration !

Recently there's a tribute concert in Johor for the man up there ! some Jacko-holics asked me to go with them.. but i decline as i thought it will be a waste of time ! haha.. indeed ! the comment was not good after all ! Chris told me, If Michael Jackson ghost had attended that tribute concert, he will not rest in peace !! Godz !

knowing is free concert, but still those punk band shouldn't take it for granted ! chris was saying everything from hosting, language , performance was CRAP ~~ he was quoting that the singer was trying to be cool with his language by asking the audience ; '' Now i need on of the gender sex to be on stage '' now what on earth is gender sex ? do u know ? haha..alamak ! really disgrace in front of the foreign tourist ! ( actually they are calling for a lady on stage, & theres a confusing lady being pull up, she must be realising her new identity as gender sex ! haha )

Today we won feet washer team ? guess its their name ! 2-0 w/o some of our best players ! Well.. hmmm... i think we are good ! of coz some others will pin on Fc 2024 to win too ! but this season is wide open and anything can happen ! Remember Pikachu ? they are one team to look out for !! and of coz the former Team impossible made up of all youths ( that threaten to whip up the uncle's team ) !! Yea ~ Up & down still right now in life ! but i know i cannot put my perspective just on my own self ! have to look a little bigger ! On 1st July ! i played soccer and realise i cant even run for more than 10 mins ! my God !!! the experiment is a frightening one ! for those weaker hearts better dun try this ! I happen to know that today is the last episode of Survivors Tocantins.. i watched it sometimes back but not on regular basis.. today show got to be like what the bible describe in Hagai 2 :9a
The glory of this present house will be greater than the glory of the former house..... It was one of the best in all times ! Thank God i catch it ! :-)

I wrote 2 Ws.. what does it means..?? well this show, the 2 finalist is being labelled by their team-mates esp ' The Coach' or Known as Dragon Slayer ... The Wizard (Stephen Fishbach ) and The Warrior (James "J.T." Thomas Jr ) .. As u can see.. The wizard is obviously someone who thinks and involve less physically .. wherelse the warrior ... you know he loves to fight in the battlefield and wins it... So Who won ? The answer.. The Warrior.. JT wins it all.. beside being the $1 million prize winner he too won the most popular person voted by the public..
Now this MPP winner really surprise me alot..because i think the world is starting to change alittle i find.. in the past.. popular person means.. u need to be dirty in methods and win it.. cunning or thats the word be rightly used.. Handsome or Beautiful... erm.. maybe.. charming .. or sexy... or maybe.. charismatic.. But this winner here.. i seriously believe loyalty is the key for him ! Yes LOYALTY .. if i am not wrong.. i saw this comment about him from other survivor saying this : " Asked why none of the other competitors conspired to eliminate Thomas, Johnson- George said it "just never came up because he was too sweet... you just can't find anything wrong with him."

You can't find anything wrong.. You must be kidding me.. can't be 2nd God huh.. lol.. haha.. something i really like about him is his promise also to this guy Stephen which is the other finalist.. from the begining to the end.. there's a time where the jury, the outcasted members will question them for the million dollars ! One of them ask Stephen.. i think is Debbie who asked him.. she asked if , you ( stephen ) was the one who win the immunity , who will you choose to be with u in the final 2 ? ( because JT won the last immunity and he choose Stephen instead of Ernin because of his promise to him from the brgining ) Stephen was pretty reluctant to say it but later he confess that he will choose Ernin instead of his close friend and ally JT .. When JT heard it.. u could see his anguish look .. personally for me..this is the winning move for him .. never in history of Survivors i seen someone that comes clean and honest in the game.. JT truly deserves it ! but JT .. u won because i am not there ! lol if i am there.. i could have beaten u not once but twice ! .. hahaha.. Orh, and he got all 7 votes from the jury in the end which is a perfect score ! AWESOME JT !!!! the only thing he regretted and admit is his only betrayal that is to Taj.. but i believe Taj has forgiven him and gave him the vote in the end ! :-) What a Show !!

What can i say, its an unlucky 25- 26 years old period for me.. the trip that i planned is hit by the swine flu attack ! Thats simply crap ! but hopefully this will end quickly ! Now i love chinese song ! i be singing chinese and i think u need to be with the right people in KTV like Junxuan, otherwise waste of time, waste of $$ , and waste of energy ! And for me most importantly is a chinese expert beside me telling me the words in the song that i cant read.. ( 'O' level chinese for me is c5.. cannot make it )

Yesterday for me driving on the road is pretty bad.. I met traffic police 5 times on the road stop 2 times.. ( road block la ) but anything happen to me ? nope.. i am a good citizen and i smile at the traffic police and this puzzles the police.. ( i think they must be thinking, erh this guy look like a crook but does'nt look like now after the smile ) hahaha.. yea.. The only word i heard from the police.. ' JALAN ' means Go... for 4-D lover buy the number 5252.. sure 'diou buai bio' !

Looking at the theme for now.. is pretty negative and positive feedback at the sametime.. but why this theme.. i guess is the experience that is accumulated and a sudden realising of it i decided to show the world i am this 不完美的人 .. of coz i knew long time ago just that finally hell break loose !

I Just saw Jiayan's Blog.. about the metaphors she thought about us and she said i am the challenger... Is that really me ? Haha.. i just don't think i am now.. maybe long time didnt exercise and becomes the ' overweight ' and being thrown out of the position as The Challenger.. Crap.. writing crap here ! Fighting Spider ... Yes ! thats the show i want to highlight about.. Is on channel 5 every tuesday at 830pm if not wrong ! this show is a must for those like me old enough to recall those beautiful memories you have especially in primary school days ! as the title has said it all ! Fighting spiders.. i play those spiders during my pri school time ! it was really something i enjoyed ! i first got hook by my good friends ( who were malays ) Erm.. because all my good friends that time were malays due to my thinking that time.. felt the malays are better and more geniune people even than the chinese ! hahaha.... but because i play soccer thus i get more expose with the malay friends.. remember Rahat , Fariq , Imran , Amaran.. woooh we were the terror that time back in school ! OOps..why am i saying history here.. anyway.. it is them who bought me to play spiders ! Wah.. interesting.. because we will spent the whole afternoon at the jungle to catch them ! remember this time when i try to catch it myself.. to prove that i am no noob ! and in the end i am a big real damn noob ! i caught a damn big spider i got a scare of myself ( big as in real big , and because it is stick close between two leafs thus sometimes u will one to catch it first before peeping at it ) .. and we all had big laugh together...

KOREA

Korea is my ultimate choice ! I love korean culture and ways after comparing with Japan. Guess is the influence of watching too much korean drama and shows and love the way they speak... some of the show i really like.. ' Chit chat with the beauty around the world ' , Loveholic , and best of the best... Emperor of the sea.. and yes.. yesterday was the last episode for the show.. all the main characters died in the end include my favourite Jang bo go and Yeon Jang... Haiz... it was a sad ending and i teared... when was the last time i teared over for shows ? hmmm.. before this show was the ' The Yang Warriors " and before that.. was ' The letter to Iwo Jima '...

In Emperor of the sea, Yeon Jang is often described as the villian in the show and in history as well.. but i think i am more towards in character like him than Jang bo gok... one thing i liked about Yeon Jang is his perseverance over thing particulary love.. but of course he did a real big mistake by assassinating Jang bo gok.. if only he choose to believe in his heart rather than fact, history may have change. Its official you lovers of drama ! i vote this show as the best i have ever seen..and u can rent or buy and watch it urself... and tell me ur comment again..

Korean have a warm and gentle heart as compared with Japanese. Used to like Japan ways when i was younger.. esp when Japan conquers much of south east asian countries.. it makes me wana be like Japanese as a fearless and having that 'attitude' behaviour.. it was me when i was in primary/ secondary school .. losing must never be in my dictionary and nippon attitude must be there.. this can be seen in sports and life those days... but i must say now i am more gentle now... haha

Well everyone around seems to be over the moon ( coz all anti Man United, I was in the pub and wonder why there isn't any liverpool fans and Manchester united fans.. Soon to realise is An Arsenal Den where the Arsenal fans gathered ! Damn ) . I didn't expect that scoreline honestly and thought United could easily brush aside Liverpool last night.. Cheers ! Liverpool Fans ! you guys must be over the moon for completing your week by beating Real Madrid 4-0 at Anfield earlier on and finish us up 4-1 last night.

But seriously i don't think you guys will be the Barclay Premiership champions this season Reason : Consistency ! Yes.. This is YY .. Well those who know her like i do will probably be like 6 years or more in poly days.. This woman here is an amazing lady who has the passion in serving her best to the utmost. When i just came in to the poly ministry. I remembered when i just got in she is the head of Housekeeping and i am under her for reporting and evaluation for our respective HQ .

i would say she is a no nonsense lady, once you poke her nose, you will surely get the poking back. Thank God i am a good boy with a good record.haha.. She treats her ministry seriously and always will upgrade in areas she thinks she is lacking. but the most important of all as i understand she is a good listener and receives feedbacks and making sure all are on the same page. You will find it funny why am i posting her today.. well, got to know that she will be leaving for KL on 17th march for good. though we seldom contact but really want to thank you for building the foundation in me when i just got in ! and appreciate the things you have done ! So peeps like Kehan , colin and the rest , dont forget ur 'god-mother ' !! Oh.. another thing good abt Yy is her cooking .. Very good ! Sedap ! So far what's been done since graduation till now ? nothing.. nothing in the past 7 months ! No progress yet in Job search ! The latest one was a misery ! adding on to me with memories of hardwork, process of the interviews but only ~ Rejection i got in the end.. it's still a good experience for me..at least i made it to the last round of interview.. Pat on the great one still.. because he is going for another 3 more interview to come ! so COME ON ...

Yesterday a great time with CG plus Edwin for TRACY Birthday ! i can't believe that they actually choose JB for celebration and somemore at a ' Wu Lu ' place like Danga City Mail ... OMG.. pretty quiet over there.. not much crowd and headed for Danga Bay for seafood.. i can't imagine me being used as a translator for the cg in helping them to communicate malay. As you all have known, my malay pretty sucks ! and cant proceed on much longer than 2 sentence ! but i manage to survive still. what was memorable is the time where shulin and jiayan went ' Missing ' , In my heart i thought something happened ( because there's a dispute with the foodstall owner earlier on ) i prepared for the worst with chains by my side ready to strike anytime if i see anything suspicious. went to isolated areas and comb all toilets nearby.. but to no avail. but only to know that the toilet queue was too long and see both ' Jabronis ' already at our table. especially Jiayan waving to me with a big smile.... -__- '' Lesson learnt.. girls gone missing for more than 30mins esp going toilet.. ignore them..

Danga bay leaves good memories inside me. i saw the theme park and immediately see the nightmare over at the pirate ship, the last round i had at the small pirate ship, my heart almost pop out.. ! is scary though from the look outside is only a small ship ! haha.. thank God it rains and affected the mood to play at theme park ! otherwise i be embarrassed !

Wednesday 4th Feb ' 09

feeling happy or should i be emo-ing.. ? for the past 2 consecutive days, i have been at my dad's place cooking ! and i really feel the joy inside me ! i think is the first time i cook for the family ! today did something bolder ! like prepare the whole grouper ! steam it and make it like restaurant style , and i am very afraid that i overcook it ! but after tasting.. is soft and tender w/o fishy smell and the sauce is good ! ha ! friday i be leaving for malaysia again ! but i believe soon i be back ! yea ! today pretty positive but i am unsure whether i have been selected ! all these while have to thanks Jean for helping and correcting me out in many way relating to the case ! If i have the chance to work ! i will strive for the 8 k in first month ! haha..

i am so sad ... sad because.. i cant drink vodka anymore ! tried drinking earlier on but i vomit out on my first try ! haiz.. guess because the last round that i taste vodka ! i finish up the whole bottle and that aweful, terrible taste still haunts me ! guess sticking with beer is still the best ! My dad never really seen me drinking beer before.. probably on new year thats the time i drink in front on him and other than that.. i don't see him already.. today he asked me if i am drinking on regular basis.. ( guess he saw a huge can of tiger finished up ) .. i pause awhile and say.. no la.. just because i am stress so i drink ... and just only at 1am.. he came out of the room.. and told me.. son, theres beer in the fridge take it and drink if you want.. felt so happy because he offer me his beer and understand the need to drink ! hahaha.. and i gladly took one in front of him and gulp it !

Jason called me earlier.. and told me on tml cg.. SOAR the sub-d vision.. or something.. well.. i ain't really interested in SOAR .. haha whats imp i thought is the needs that will be met especially the one on the spiritual side.. like healing and re-charging the inner as a group ! i have seen too many on this program and themes in my tertiary years.. so is nothing new to me.. if possible and i have the chance , why not stop and think for awhile about areas you have not been able to recover from ? like brokenness or scars that hasn't been resolve .. i thought that would really make an impact ! haiz.. there's just too much program going on...

i remember someone ask me.. whats the song in your head thats playing.. well ! i finally able to find it in you-tube ! hahahahaha below ! i love it alot ! think of it everytime and sing with it everytime ! in bad times and good times, i cant miss this nice song !

Just before i end off.. share with you something about me when i am like 6 or 7 years old ! hhahaha.. on New year day itself , i met my ( xiao gu ) aunty pauline.. and she reminded me of my naughty and mischieve behaviour ! and she say that everytime ! she and her husband have to outsmart me to gain control over me ! thinking to myself am i really that bad ? YES ! BLOODY HELL YOU ARE ! she said that.. i dont like to study and whenever they need to check for my home work on those small exercise book ! i will tear away the pages before letting them see.. and they have no choice but to number every page.. is this the end ? NOPE ! i throw away the whole book instead in the end !! hahaha.. yea.. i cant remember all these and i have no idea how bad i was !! thank God i am better in some ways now ! :-)

What a day ! Today is blue for me ! for people is monday blue.. for me is just blue la ! ever imagine Manchester United losing to Singapore soccer team ?? or And old man who can run faster than a young lad ? today i felt that way ! fell from grace and did'nt see it coming ! cross finger and hope for the best in this coming 2 weeks !

Today for the first time in years ! i cycled !! yes ! cycling ! and night cycling ! i feel young and energetic and thought i could last the whole race ! Damn ! just left the house for less than 10mins i am panting ! wah ! real slow sia i ! thats the first time i said that to myself ! i enjoy the night scenery till i ride to telok blangah hill ! wah biang ... so eerie and as if both side of the garden got 'people' waching and staring you ! So also for the first time the 'ham zi ' Lennon reverse back and ride away and told jean about this 'chio ' incident ! along depot road i realise there are high end cafes and pubs !! is so class ! your can go there if your have the time and run out of chilling place !
along malan road ... also for the first time in many years, i played swing ! Wah ! i also become 'ham zi' ! the higher it goes, my heart almost fell out ! i haven overcome it ... haiz whats more abt the escape theme park which i want to challenge ! Die la !!

today my illness is better ! thought going to fever again ! but late afternoon is beter ! just with cough the latest cousin to visit me ! actually fever can be quite a scary thing ! esp high fever ! vision is blur and whole body is hot ! and you cant think a thing as well ! thats what i experience yesterday !

i will survive !! i will prevail !! Maybe she likes me .. yea , she likes me.. ya..i think so and i will look on the brighter side ! Lennon will be waiting for the good news !

I enjoyed myself on friday and sat alot alot !! the Family reunion dinner for the SIM family is great ! and i love to see my cousins again ! though is like once a year now...Gavin was telling me.. yea.. once a year we meet up.. thinking.. maybe our ties aint close enough so thats why.. we all have our life to live.. but we can improve the situation ! nothing else beat the family ties esp the sims family ! we are the rising generation and need to keep this close ties regardless what the adults side are happening !! COOL.. maybe.. can start to remember their birthday dates and wish them on time !! $868 per table for dinner ! was like.. manz.. waste money !! LOL ! i rather buffet lo !! until Siaoz and vomit and vomit !! Well today i have another dinner in Malaysia.. this one even stupid aR !!!! RM 3000 per table ! What sia.. Terrible ! Power failure at about 4pm... it lasted till 9pm ! but Thank God ! is not often ! it was in the midst of doing the pineapple tarts that the power went off.. just as the light went off.. my brain shut down with my eyes closed.. i started to think about life like the power that is operating for the house.. seriously.. i never thought of power failure at all ! all this while.. calm and steady it has been ! ( sorry, Malaysia house face this alot of time ! not Singapore one ) haha..
it seems my soul has been taken away for the moment.. but a tug -of -war is engaging inside me.. pulling out and pulling in continuously ! hmmm....concluding factor here is.. if it is coming towards you.. don't blame others or yourself but be prepared for this day surely will come !

Yawnz ! so tired .. just reach home from Singapore ! I decided to post it before i forget them all !

1 ) Quitting Shangri-La Hotel end June and GRADUATE from SHATEC !

It was good and though learn alot during my time, i suffer alot as well ! It is something i wish to erase off my memory ! Finally !

2 ) FC Evolution ( esp victory over arch rivals FC 2024 in the Hope Final )

Is so funny Team Evolution, to be honest this team gives me the reason to play soccer every weekend and keeping fit ! I even have to ask my chef to allow me work morning or take off on sunday sia ! Team Evolution .. What can I say .. A Pasar Malam team with ambition to win ! Final match seeing 3 players sent off !

Chong jyn : Pity him ar.. Assitance refree said he use vulgar word ! and was sent off ! Red card ! the truth is Chong Jyn can't speak chinese !

Colin.. ? The bull in our team for the moment ! Just got a yellow card after a tackle.. Benson told him.. Calm down ! and the next.. he execute another tackle which earn him a RED CARD !

Lennon.. ? thats me.. yea.. see God told me that my penalty kick will be the last goal in the game.. got excited and ran to the crowd like crazy ! Refree from afar give me a red Card ! But nvm !!! HAHA

BENSON - This dude is someone i thought can't play soccer when i first saw him ! lanky and drug addict look ! remember he came for the first match, Colin intro him to us.. but amazingly, he turns out to be a key in Evolution ! We won that match against Tag and from there.. he is with us till the end ! A friend who is loyal and lame Joker ! Nick name : Han yu pin yin ( Ben - sen ) stupid god .. Thanks for adding joy and laughter in my life 2008 ! the helpout in HQ , playing winning in your house , Seoul Garden in causewaypoint ! , at roomful of blues the 2 of us ! , and of course the latest Raja Inn.. You can count me in .. in goodtimes ..but bad times.. you find kehan !

ALEX - This dude as well, know him through Team -Evolution ! God's plan la.. what coincidence ! though i wanted to believe is coincidence but this truth will let you know is not.. If my memory did'nt fail me.. i remember i said , i would want to serve in poly until i am old ! but that didnt come true.. thats ok.. is the past.. and i shall not look back .. is hard to leave those friends behind.. esp people in RDMM .. came to adults with skeptical view on them.. i admit.. i did say i dont want to mingle with old people ! lol but i found out.. i am not the youngest in the cg ! thats sad ! how i wish i can be in kehan gp.. Just kidd ! ( i am content with the current )because all of them are older than him by at least a margin of 4-5 years ! haha.. this move to adults has certainly change me in some way !

6 ) NG 4 B2

This is my cg in adults ! Short and sweet ! never change CG for 4 years.. out of a sudden for me.. hard to accept ! but is ok ! i love the the people inside.. though not everyone..i will try ! anyway who am i to choose and select ? glad someone told me this.. : ' Dont worry we will go according to your pace ' well i wont take too long ! i have wasted 4 months !

Yawnz... Restless afternoon !

It's official that my hp battery is spoiled ! have to change a new one and buy a new casing as well. It was a ' FANTASTIC ' experience Wednesday for me.. finally see Jiayan and Jean , Tracy. And of course the great Jabroni , Kehan. Damn.. i forgot to take photo of the food ! We went to New York New York for dinner.. wanted to treat the birthday kids ( Jiayan & Kehan ) but because theres others as well so decided to postpone this treat ! ( I guess they wanted much more and more expensive, like Buffet )

This time round i felt i have the more inward attitude in me.. just wanting to hear them more.. probably is the ' long sleep ' effect. Definitely i will be talkative & explosive soon. If you notice i have a ' FANTASTIC ' experience at the top. Well, beside fun with them.. when i was on my way back home, near Johor custom.. realising i run out of Ringgit, and went deep down to change currency as there's the only place to change, else where closed. i ran into 3 malay thugs whom shouted at me from afar .. well guess i am unlucky or they are unlucky ?.. They are tall, funnkie and cool looking kinda.. but me too , with my goatie that none have is funkie as well ! ha.. You see when u come across this thing.. best thing is run or shout help ! .. I couldnt as my bag is too heavy and whats more..i am wearing a formal clothing... and i will never shout for help ! found a wooden big stick near the stairs.. use it as a weapon and shouted : YOU WANA FIGHT ? ( as i dont know how to phrase this in malay ) .. I think i am doing this because Kehan and Jiayan keeps telling me the movie IP man is a good show.. about Bruce Lee mentor fighting. 1 VS 10 .. so it inspire me somehow.. Just as we are about to fight, a shout from a cab driver stopped us.. and the cab driver said in malay to them.. i don't know what ...for me just ready to strike if they are coming.. and the cab driver asked me .. get on the car.. Well seems like this cab just come in the right time.. i thank him somehow ( though thinking if they are in cahoots ) , i started to realise he is not.. and whats funny is he taught me malay in our journy back home.. give him tips as well RM 30 , Haha, dont be fooled.. not Rm 30 is Rm 5 only as tips..

Chinese New Year Delicacy :

The above Chinese New - Year snacks is a all time favourite and very easy to make !! You can do this at home and impress your family members or friends or sweetheart or darling ! I guarantee everybody can do this at home ! If i can ! You can as well !

INGREDIENTS:

Popiah skin ( can buy in NTUC )
1 egg
Icing Sugar
Oil

METHODS :

1 ) Beat your egg and leave aside for 'gluing ' the popiah skin
2 ) Take out your popiah skin and roll them up individually
3 ) brush the end of the popiah skin with the beaten egg
4 ) Cut diagonally the roll up popiah skin
5 ) Ready to deep fry your popiah skin ( * Note : Fire mustn't be too big )
Fry till golden in colour.
6 ) Garnish with Icing sugar by using a sieve

EASY RIGHT ! :-)

As usual, This morning i wake up to find my all time favourite ' Char Siew pau '.. Ah.. there it is.. having the itch to eat it first before i brush my teeth, i saw my mom taking the Char siew pau and peel the top part of the skin.. although i just woke up, i could'nt help but to think why did she do that while i am brushing my teeth.. 1st possible reason.. maybe air contamination so peel of the top part which is expose to the air... 2nd possible reason.. Maybe with the skin is a bit tough to bite .. ( For the OLD people la ) Hmmmmmm.... So i decided to ask my mum about it.. and to my surprise really surprise.. My mum said this.. Oh.. i saw grandma do it..so i do it..

-__- ''' Ok.. That is not convincing at all !! And that really bothers me alot ... So i called my chef, Shatec friends , and do some research.. and finally come to a scary moment of truth.. And let me Warn you.. You better peel the top part of the skin before you eat.. Ha..

Now Digest this.. To make Pau, The dough is rolled and cut into pieces for stuffing and shaping into dumplings. Stuffed pau would be arrange on woven bamboo trays that will be stack up on the steamer. When a tray was about to be stacked for steaming, the pau maker would sprinkle the pau with water. but in the older days, before handy pump sprinklers were invented, the pau maker would ballon his mouth with a gulp of water and flex his cheek muscles to expel a fine spray of water to moisten the pau. Even though high heat temperatures should kill all kind of bacteria.. this odd and bizarre final step should make you think twice before you eat a char siew pau ! believe it anot ! :-)

SURVIVOR GABON

This is the latest Survivor Gabon show that gets me going. And i am thrill by the fact that Bob Crowley ( above ) has won the $ 1, 000 , 000 USD cash prize. He is simply amazing throughout the game. Being the oldest player at 57, he still manage to beat others with his brilliant decision making and determination. Is not just about being physical or tough in the game ( the fact is even Olympic champion, Crystal or a physical trainer, Matty can't beat down Bob Crowley, a Physics teacher.. hahaha ) Let me elaborate why i give my admiration to the man, he is simply a genius ! at the most critical moment where odds are stack against him and being the most likely person to be voted out of the game, he came out with an ideal to make a fake Immunity Idol and 'bluff ' it through. Thats something nobody has ever come up with and the host was certainly impress and kept the fake idol as souvenir for Bob to take it home at the end of the game show. Full salute for you bob !
This show makes me realise the evil nature of human just rises regardless the deep friendship they had, even Bob had moments where he need to display that at certain point of the game. i just hope in life i won't need to resort to that manner. And i know it will be hard. Hmmm.. When will be my turn in the survivor game !?? Malaysia or Singapore going to have one soon ? Sianz ! I want to be a survivor champion !

Its official ! My brain has stop working for a long long time ! is just one way kinda.. i arrived at Kranji Mrt yesterday, thinking of how to go Somerset Mrt. I travelled from Kranji to Jurong East MRT and from Jurong East to City Hall and from City Hall to Somerset Mrt. ( Cause is the route that i am familiar ) When i arrived at Somerset Mrt, I just find that is weird , so i went to check the Mrt map, and realise i could have prevent all this by travelling from Kranji to Somerset Mrt STRAIGHT I guess i am dumb as well ! :-(

Finally... after a long time.. the driving pass is back with me.. i enjoy the night driving in the highway and listening to love songs and heavy metal song ! now i fear not that i drive without the driving pass ! My 11 year old brother sit with me in the car, and ask me how well can you drive..? ( as he loves to play GTA , i show him the some GTA stuns in a secluded road. travelling at 150 speed and makes U turn out of nowhere, and after he said, brother you are 25 and young , but i am only 11 and younger so don't drive so dangerous le ! i dont wana die !

Morning.. today woke up extremely early.. slept at 1 am after watching that movie Dream Catcher on Channel 5.. Was so happy that over here , i can still tune to the latest channels ; okto and the Indian Channel.. Alrite, you must be wondering what's this Parental Control thing.. well this is a MTV dating show which i like alot.. is talking about parents who find their son/daughter 's partner is not good, not up to standard, basically the parents dont like the partner la.. and this shows enable the dad and mum to each pick a partner for their beloved for dating. The funny part of this show is their heated conversation throughout and also their expression ( like pointing middle finger when they are rejected ).. They ( dad and mum ) will sit together with the dislike partner in the living room and watch them go dating on TV.. well.. explaining here would not make it thrill and exciting.. watch it yourself if you have the MTV channel..

Raining now.. out of no where my mind wants to say : ' WTF ' ok.. those common user of this word will know whats this.. i wana say 'WTF' is because i am pretty disappointed with how people look at relationship or friendship with a certain restriction/ rules in their mind that they think is good for it. Well , i believe that so long you, yourself find you are handlng well thats ok, of course got to be sensitive as well as theres a common understanding establish in the friendship. When people speculate or think whats best here and there.. i think u are really 'WTF ' so i used to have good Gay friend.. does that makes me a gay ? in which i have a gay friend whom i am close with ... lol or how about good female friends ? makes me a female sandwich person ? i think as far as i am concern, treasure the friendship and talk it out ! i think we dont need people comment to determine the friendship ! sorry for being too flamboyant down here.. Haha.. i almost forgot that i have this blog sia.. lol.. long time didnt update ! Well.. cafe plans stuck already... Venue didnt manage to secure.. as in the places we consider did not have available place to buy over/rent .. anyway.. mum got the bigger share so her words are mandate.. for me .. i think venue can find other spot so long the food is good can attract people to come.. whats more.. most ppl in malaysia drives.. ok.. now just focus on the driving liscense and looking job again.. superdog haven tell them my decision that i dont want to work yet at the same time i also don't know if theare still waiting for me..... but will let them know at the end of the week... maybe i am still thinking of the pay still.. that triggers me not to work for them.. ! ha.. but anyway.. Recent learning ( Just short briefing on it ):

1 ) THE FEEDING OF THE 5000 ( JOHN 6 : 1 - 13 )
i understand the whole picture of God's Love for the choosen people the Jews in this passage , not that i didnt hear of the feeding before just new insight and understanding builds along the way especially the point i highlighted.

2 ) THE PARABLE OF THE 10 BRIDESMAID ( MATTHEW 25 : 1-13 )
This parable helps me to learn what God expect us to be and not what the world teaches us, and also always be ready is better than not preparing. so have u bring your oil along ?

3 ) THE PASSAGE ON THE BRONZE SNAKE ( NUMBERS 21 : 4- 8 )
This passage helps me to realise the importance in looking at Jesus for healing and everything u need. In the passage it stated , look at it and live so when trouble times come make sure to look at the source for the things you need.

4 ) THE PASSAGE ON THE FIG TREE ( MARK 11 : 12 -14 and continue v20 )
This Passage enable me to understand clearly why sometimes when we ask for something, we don't get the result immediate. To me, God has answer the request but it take some time before the immediate result to happen, just like when He curse the Fig Tree, it has already begun its effect but it takes time for the roots to process before the fig tree withers.

OK .. This are some passages i like and remembered ! Hope you can take time to read as well !

Haha.. this is the song of the Quando Quando.. out of nowhere this morning.. i woke up and the first thing is singing this song.. i have posted it at the side.. probably you can listen as you read my entry.. time in Malaysia is good some said i am serving imprisonment down here.. some say i am living like a king down here.. haha.. for me.. both description fits me at times ! lol

SO LENNON THE GREAT IS BUSY WITH WHAT DOWN IN MALAYSIA :

1 ) Well taking up my driving license in Malaysia.. can pray that i no need to go attend the stupid theory as i have taken that way back in 2004.. so... Don't waste my time ! just let me go for the test drive ! haha...

2 ) Planning Menu.. well..i am planning menu to compile and see what to serve in the cafe if the cafe is to be set up ! menu planning aint that just one day job.. can take up to a few days as to make it tempting and luring and short and sweet !

3 ) Praying like never before.. lol .. was sharing with Jiayan that have been praying like never before.. woke up early to pray , and quality and length of prayer increase when your burden for God increases.. well.. guess what.. i didn't bring my bible and connect journal.. Heee.. so .. prayer is all i do down here...

4 ) Have been looking around for Venue.. Venue as in the place to set up cafe... well.. we look for alternatives down here.. but .. i guess at the end of the day.. if your food is not good even at the best place.. you still cant attract customers ! Oh my God ! i am your child .. bless me with ur golden cooking touch ! Humble......................

5 ) keeping beard... HAHAHA ... this is the most lame out of all.. i think i haven seen anyone in JB has beard like me.. now is still like.. neither short of long..so kinda stupid and ugly look.. haha.. i am practically a Caveman ! maybe sooner i will post that photo up ! LOL

Yeap.. these are the things that i have been doing so far.. and of course eating & enjoying food that my mum cook.. i think her ' mei cai kou rou ' standard is near my Grandma standard.. i think put sugar more will be the key ! i am going to put sugar myself the next round when she cook ! i miss Singapore ... but i miss Malaysia more.. lol .. i miss friends of course in Singapore.. Kehan birthday is coming up.. i dont think i can join you in it.. but if i can.. i will sure come and celebrate it with u ! you have been a good and loyal and understanding friend throughout the years ! and i cant wait to see how u got punk ! Haha.. this day makes me think of the terrorist attack at World trade centre on sept 11 .. and september 11 is also Thomas birthday.. haha.. what a day... :-) this guy is into Muay Thai boxing.. and i think if he trains hard he be a fearsome fighter ! because of his height advantage over others.. really ! ain't kidding.. so Jiayou in this path.. and also stick close with the SP unit and grow with them !

The days stayed in malaysia this time round is pretty different.. because.. i am thinking of something that i never thought of... as in the past round, whenever i come back , i will think when is the next time/looking forward to go back to singapore.. but now, i am thinking of making money here.. haha.. yea.. well all this started because of my mum who asked me if i am interested to open a cafe here... pause for awhile and thought of it.. but well i may not open the cafe.. but maybe targetting student's money in the canteen.. maybe selling like American hotdogs ! haha.. that sounds pretty exciting.. never did i hear or see any of this.. and i wana make it big.. throughout JB schools to have that ! hey the prospect is there.. after asking around.. haha need to check with my mum the capital first ! haiz ! earning in Ringgit money !! Haha.. sianz.. nvm.. now i am eager to get back my license.. wondering if i should buy my driving license.. OOh.. Monday.. ARGH... Jialat.. never mind... Yesterday CG were having KTV !! i was like. .wah..long time didnt step in sia.. all the song cant recall and sing.. i remember the last round was with Kehan , Gerald and co at the Dynasty KTV.. haha.. so long sia.. but yesterday we went to Parkmail to eat..and to my horror , we went to this place which the RDMM and i went to eat and i quarrel with the Lady Boss Owner for the food and felt cheated and injustice.. haha.. anyway, i didnt eat as i cant bring myself to eat their food.. no class and still the same after i observe those who order the noodles..
The star of the day got to be Shulin.. yesterday oficially transfer to Adults ... and she is in the same CG with me.. but of course..i am very happy for Jasmine as well.. she is in the same unit with me as well.. to be honest.. seeing Jasmine in adults finally, my heart is at ease.. because i felt this transfer drag too long and felt i owe an apology to her.. i feel like a dad that sees her daughter finally grow up when i see her yesterday.. she loves to crap as usaul .. and tell Jiayan she wouldnt want to be in the same CG with me.. -_-'' Stupid la u.. ! she thought is real ! hahaha.. anyway.. i think the CG you are in is Good as well.. make new-friends and people like Jinghe ( ur CL ) , June , and esp Yanzi i find are nice People to interact with and grow together as well.. :-)
The KTV is an eye-opener to me.. John.. he is a Japanese song FREAK ! i have never seen someone like him before .. except for one of my Cousin Gavin.. who also sing Jap... and Clarence.. He is also surprising.. the song he sing is super old..and i am wah.. total in awe of him ( but i laugh until pengz in my heart ) the song he choose is .. really old kinda..i thought my selection is the oldest..but he is the king of oldies ! he sang this one night in beijing pretty well.. chnage his voice to female and male out of nowhere.. and Shulin was asking.. how did he do it.. ?? haha.. i think my cousin Yi Hui.. sing this song the best i ever heard.. he can really sing this song very well ! and Rachel.. she is mandrain pop queen... she can sing well ! and Shulin.. she loves english song..

Saturday ( 922 PM )

What a day ! today i dreamt of something very romantic but very sad ending... hahaha... how i wish i can sleep longer.. but beautiful moment will come to an end..... this dream remind me of a drama show which i recall.. is... is.. the Yang family show.. esp i got the same ending like this guy Yang Qi Lang ... as in.. he was shot by many arrows and on his hand he is holding something precious to him and not letting go.. in my dream.. i was not shot by arrows.. rather being stone to death by many people.. and i was holding something dearly to me as well.. ain't kidding.. woke up crying.. and saw myself holding something as well.. ! and quickly went to You tube to find that episode in which Yang Qi lang dies.. here you go..

Anyway.. i cried again la after watching this part... haha..
i can cry easily if its something related to dying for your love ones.. ! I promise.. ! remember vividly movies like letter to Iwo Jima , Blood Diamonds.. i cried..

Yesterday had durian with CG.. and most importanly manage to lure Alexis to join in.. this is my first time in Singapore eating durian outside home.. actually the feeling is quite good esp if you wear shorts and T-shirt rather than jeans ... its pretty uncomfortable esp outdoor somemore.. ! we ordered $60 worth of Durian and 6 Coconunt drink to help us fight the ' heaty-ness ' of Durian.. theres quite a few dramatic incidents along the way..one of it was Tracy saw a bird in the air flying straight at a window panel and fell directly to the ground... lying flat dead.. and Jeanette was quoting ' so funny sia '.. and though everybody looks worried for the bird but deep down my heart .. i was like.. what a stupid bird ! .. but just didnt say out..just in case among us..theres bird lovers... haha..
the condition in SPHQ is like a war torn zone.. you see dead bodies lying around , destroyed homes.. and debris every where !! and the one survivor seating down there wondering when this war will be over... Haha that surivor by the way is me lo.. seating down for a moment as its too mesy..and cant decide where to start clearing and throwing ! piss off by the way it looks..i went down to take a stroll.. and saw some big size indian guys were up against chinese kids.. as i cant stand the sight of it.. so decided to help the chinese against the indians.. haha.. as usual the strenght of chinese is determination.. and throughout the game.. we fought hard and win the ball everytime ! and manage to win by a goal margin ! kids win over the adults..haha.. of course i am not la.. i am an adults..the rest are kids..
Jeanette and i was chatting last night until she ask me why would i want to commit/believe in God ? i think the question is this la.. so i answer i am encouraged and convicted by this paasage in John 20 : 24 - 29 .. i want to be the one what Jesus has said " Blessed are those who have not seen but yet believed " thats why though sometimes i may have doubts in me..but i want to believe that Jesus is real in my life and this verse certainly does spur me on ! :-) remember you are not alone .... we are together in this mess...

Ok.. you guys must be thinking whats this.. ok..this is the basin.. and i make a mess out of it..sunday we had Holy communion preparation and after..when we clean up the Basin got choked so the nice me decided to do CPR on the basin and the tragedy happens... basin sink down and in between the black part and basin is Woods that has been eaten by termites ! EEEEE... but... HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA....

The fire work on saturday.. i was with my Cg on that day as we went to the carnival.. Wilson loves it.. and so did the rest... :-) But singaporeans really like never see fire-works before.. Muhahaha...
